“My husband and I were introduced to Wise Guys Remodeling and Construction in 2013. We actually saw work done by Wise Guys at a friend’s home and instantly wanted them to assist us in our remodeling endeavors.
Our first project was turning a cold, open cinder brick basement with a bathroom (commode only) into a living and entertainment area. Also in the basement… what was once the children’s playroom was to become the “Man Cave” for my husband.
Wise Guys insulated the entire basement (including the “Man Cave”), enlarged the bathroom to include a vanity sink, enclosed the washer and dryer units, resulting in a laundry room, installed a drop ceiling with canister lights (we originally had three lights in the entire basement) and installed electrical outlets throughout (originally 1 outlet for washer & dryer and 1 for freezer, plus 1 other outlet for the entire basement). The “Man Cave” became my husband’s sanctuary, decorated to his liking.
After the construction was completed, Wise Guys laid carpet and even mounted the Televisions for us. We were so very pleased with the work that Wise Guys had done to the basement that we inquired about a second project.
For our second project we were thinking of enclosing our deck in the backyard. After much discussion with Mike, we decided on a more efficient and beneficial idea … a patio room!!! Wise Guys tore down our old deck, laid concrete and built a patio room with eight adjustable 4-tier windows and 2 doors. We walk straight from the house to the patio room and it’s just like being outside. We Love it!!!!
I must say that we have never been so pleased with the work that was done, on both projects. Not only do they complete a job professionally, they are very particular about what and how they perform the service. They are NOT messy, they CLEAN UP after EACH day of work (supplies may need to be stored, but it’s done NEATLY).
We would advise anyone to make the WISE (GUYS REMODELING & CONSTRUCTION) decision when considering any remodeling and/or construction work.”
